Praxisai Developers Africa (Pvt) Ltd is a private Zimbabwean infrastructure development company. It is the originating developer and master developer of LAEIP City. Registered in 2025, entity number: 73935A01122025. The company is Bulawayo-founded and Zimbabwe-registered. 

Praxisai Developers Africa (Pvt) Ltd was registered in Zimbabwe in 2025, with the specific mandate of originating and developing LAEIP City as the first node in a continental network of sovereign AI infrastructure. 

LAEIP City (Lodestone Alternative Energy & Intelligence Platform City) is a sovereign AI supercomputing and renewable energy platform city proposed for Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.

An SEZ application through the Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency (ZIDA) is part of the project’s regulatory plans

LAEIP City is in the project preparation phase. This includes the feasibility study, masterplanning, land negotiation, regulatory applications, and initial partnership development.

LAEIP City’s compute infrastructure is centred on the 100MW Bulawayo Sovereign AI Supercomputing Centre (BSAISC), designed for sovereign AI workloads including national governmental, commercial, and research purposes in Africa.

LAEIP City is aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) .  

LAEIP City integrates 300MW solar PV, 400MWh BESS, hydrogen, and a VPP to achieve energy independence. The development is projected to displace 80,000+ tonnes of CO₂ annually. Residential districts are designed to net-zero standards. The agrovoltaics section at Solar Canopy Gardens demonstrates dual land-use.
