our Platform City Model
The platform city model integrates public and private sector functions into a unified digital and physical ecosystem. Government services, enterprise operations, and infrastructure systems are coordinated through shared platforms that enable efficiency, transparency, and scale.
This innovative approach reduces fragmentation across sectors through linking regulatory processes, service delivery, and commercial activity within a single, interoperable framework. The result is a city that operates with greater speed, accountability, and economic coherence.
Designed for regional integration, the model supports cross-border alignment within SADC and COMESA, enabling seemless participation in the expansive African value chains.
